About Me

Ida Mae Kempel's short stories and articles have been widely published in national magazines, including Focus on the Family, Sunday Digest, War Cry, Oblates, and CatholicDigest.

Her work has also appeared in Our Family, a Canadian publication, as well as Lydia,  Germany, and Messenger of St. Anthony, Italy.

Ida's latest book, My Search for God, tells her story of a lifelong quest for peace and serenity. There were other challenges along the way, yet her daughter's murder was the pivotal event which caused her to change direction and to ultimately discover the mystery and beauty and extent of God's love.
